ITTC 138 (#20 on the campus map) ITS-Educational Technology offers a wide range of free computer workshops designed to help UNI students, faculty, and staff improve their computing skills. Most workshops are hands-on and less than two hours long. Please check our current listing by clicking the "Free Computer Workshops" link above. Non-UNI people may attend for a fee of $25 per workshop (except WebCT 1, 2, 3, and 4). Registration and payment may be made by calling 273-2309 before the workshop. Sponsored by ITS-Educational Technology, the purpose of these sessions is to provide UNI faculty with workshops and technology consultation targeted at learning and teaching. UNI's Executive Development Center workshop
Business & Community Services Room 30 Managing a Multi-Generational Staff will be facilitated by Tom Hall, an assistant professor of communication studies at UNI since 2004. He has extensive business experience ranging from a manager at a large retail store to an owner of his own business. In 2005, Tom won the Outstanding New Teacher Award from the Iowa Communication Association.

9:30 am - 12:30 pm, ITTC 134 (#20 on the campus map) ITS-Educational Technology has developed an eLearning workshop to assist faculty with creating an online presence for their face-to-face courses. This online presence would be used to allow continuation of course work during an emergency situation where the campus may be quarantined or closed.
