Downloading Excel Documents

Documents in Microsoft Excel format have been provided for forms that require calculations. These forms are designed for you to complete with your spreadsheet program. You may save the Excel document on your computer for later retrieval and for archive purposes and printing a finished, completed copy is a snap. Some tips for using Excel documents are included below.

When you download an Excel document, you will be presented with an dialog box similar to one of the following. Older browsers may display a somewhat different dialog box.

In either browser, click on "Open" to open your Excel application and display the Excel document. Click on "Save" to save the document on your hard drive. You may specify a location and a filename.
