- Your legal name should always be used.
If your high school or college records may appear under another name, give this name also.
- Submit the required application for admission and supporting documents at least ten days prior to the beginning of orientation
for the session for which you are applying. It is your responsibility to arrange to have the necessary credentials submitted. Follow the application checklist to make sure all required steps in the admission process are completed so that a missing item will not cause delay in considering your application.
